Anyone tracking Access will know they are nobody's fool. Their brand elevation is well judged, calculated and, based on their track record, will deliver what it promises. O'Reilly and his team are well able to put the frighteners on historically bigger incumbents but are far to modest to say so. Their actions will speak louder than their words as they bounce back from internal cost reductions earlier this year (2009) and emerge in much better shape than you might expect.
